Ultrasonic Algae Control

Ultrasonic algae control units are available for use in lagoons, ponds, clarifiers, EQ tanks and more as a chemical free, environmentally friendly way to kill existing algae and prevent future blooms.  The ultrasonic waves kill various forms of algae, lower ammonia, stabilize pH and DO, while lowering TSS in the effluent without causing harm to aquatic life.

Anaerobic digester supplements.

Do you need to improve volatile acid, or methane gas while reducing solids? Add a weekly supplement blend. It can restart a digester in one tenth the required time.

Nitrification and De-Nitrification.

We supply Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter in a refrigerated concentrate. This product ships overnight and arrives to inoculate or restore a reproducing population to lower ammonia and TKN at the effluent.  To address excessive Ammonia, Nitrogen, Nitrite and Nitrate in the wastestream, our MB LC TKN bacteria may be added to meet permit requirements.

Industrial waste treatment.

Image 4Textile, Pharmaceutical, Chemical manufacturing and Petrochemical refining waste treatment for aromatic and aliphatic compounds, amines, plasticizers, dyes, phenols, surfactants as well as chlorinated hydrocarbons.  Solvents, soaps and oils affect cell reproduction and oxygen transfer.

In our growth fermentation reactors strains of bacteria are grown on high concentrations of wastes that would be toxic to the treatment plant’s biomass. These acclimated bacteria will degrade the organic in question.

   
 

Pulp and paper making and recycle mills.

De-inking waste streams, wood preservatives, resins and formaldehyde and foam control. Inhibitory waste streams can stress a plant causing poor effluent quality.  Our specific cultured bacteria will degrade the target compound.

Transportation Industry

Bacteria cultures to degrade holding tank wastes. De-icing fluids such as Propylene or Ethylene-glyciol, Acetate formulas, Formaldehyde and other preservatives.

Food processors.

Dairy, Cheese, Beverage, Breweries, Snack foods, Meat packing and rendering, Flavoring and Protein industries. Usually those waste streams have variable and high BOD, Oil, Sugar and sanitizing chemical spikes. Stabilize your effluent with our Bioaugmentation products.

Low D.O. or oxygen availability

If poor oxygen transfer is causing a loss of efficiency or bulking issues, use our Oxygen Dispersant additive which allows free oxygen to saturate the mixed liquor.

Calcium Nitrate
