Some of the many applications for which we provide products, some with patented strains, to address are:

Sewage collection system fat, oil & grease or hydrogen sulfide odor control.

Added to manholes or sewage pumping stations.

Fat, oil & grease in the plant.

In a fixed film or suspended solids reactor. Scum removal, improved settleability, better dewatering. Grease degradation.

Bulking solids, Filamentous and Nocardia control.

 
A blend which will out compete filaments for food and oxygen. This product has been used successfully in lieu of chlorination, or to rebuild a healthy biomass during or after chlorination.

Ultrasonic Algae Control

Ultrasonic algae control units are available for use in lagoons, ponds, clarifiers, EQ tanks and more as a chemical free, environmentally friendly way to kill existing algae and prevent future blooms.  The ultrasonic waves kill various forms of algae, lower ammonia, stabilize pH and DO, while lowering TSS in the effluent without causing harm to aquatic life.

Anaerobic digester supplements.

Do you need to improve volatile acid, or methane gas while reducing solids? Add a weekly supplement blend. It can restart a digester in one tenth the required time.

 Aerobic digesters.

Operators can shorten the required time to decant by adding this blend a couple of days prior to supernating. Also for elimination of offensive odors.

Hydraulic washout or organic shocks.

From an industrial source or process.

Defoamers

A complete line of organic synthetic defoamers is available for Biological or Surfactant caused foam issues.  Contact us for an evaluation or recommendation.

Nitrification and De-Nitrification.

We supply Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter in a refrigerated concentrate. This product ships overnight and arrives to inoculate or restore a reproducing population to lower ammonia and TKN at the effluent.  To address excessive Ammonia, Nitrogen, Nitrite and Nitrate in the wastestream, our MB LC TKN bacteria may be added to meet permit requirements.

We supply Psychrophilic and Thermophilic blends. Capable of degradation at temperature ranges of 36f (3c) to 113f (45c) in the mixed liquor.

Aerated or facultative lagoons.

Bacteria blends to reduce bottom sludge and odors.

Algae control.

Blends to reduce organics and nutrients which allow algae to form.

GreenCleanPRO Granular Algaecide is a non-copper based algaecide.  GreenCleanPRO attacks the planktonic and filamentous algae on contact through the power of oxidation.  The treated algae die within hours of being treated, you can actually see it working as you apply GreenCleanPRO.  This product is environmentally safe, reduces toxicity, BOD, COD and odors.

Industrial waste treatment.

Textile, Pharmaceutical, Chemical manufacturing and Petrochemical refining waste treatment for aromatic and aliphatic compounds, amines, plasticizers, dyes, phenols, surfactants as well as chlorinated hydrocarbons.  Solvents, soaps and oils affect cell reproduction and oxygen transfer.

In our growth fermentation reactors strains of bacteria are grown on high concentrations of wastes that would be toxic to the treatment plant’s biomass. These acclimated bacteria will degrade the organic in question.

Pulp and paper making and recycle mills.

De-inking waste streams, wood preservatives, resins and formaldehyde and foam control. Inhibitory waste streams can stress a plant causing poor effluent quality.  Our specific cultured bacteria will degrade the target compound.

Transportation Industry

Bacteria cultures to degrade holding tank wastes. De-icing fluids such as Propylene or Ethylene-glyciol, Acetate formulas, Formaldehyde and other preservatives.

Food processors.

Dairy, Cheese, Beverage, Breweries, Snack foods, Meat packing and rendering, Flavoring and Protein industries. Usually those waste streams have variable and high BOD, Oil, Sugar and sanitizing chemical spikes. Stabilize your effluent with our Bioaugmentation products.

Low D.O. or oxygen availability

If poor oxygen transfer is causing a loss of efficiency or bulking issues, use our Oxygen Dispersant additive which allows free oxygen to saturate the mixed liquor.

A solar-powered circulator that distributes low oxygen water from the bottom and exposes it to the surface for rapid oxygenation and distribution. The solar-powered mixer reduces energy cost, controls and minimizes algae related concerns, and improves overall water quality in an environmentally friendly way.

Calcium Nitrate

Available in a liquid and dry form, calcium nitrate is a non-hazardous, non-corrosive oxidizer for treating hydrogen sulfide odors, organic sulfides and mercaptans.  Commonly referred to as an electron donor.
